The Mental Health Pandemic

In our hearts and minds, we know it's here. It's here for us as parents. It's here for our children and teens. The mental health pandemic is here with a vengeance, and now is a more important time than ever for self-care, counseling, social interaction in how you feel safe and comfortable, and being the best neighbor, friend, and mama that you can be.

This is a time for kindness- a time for empathy- a time for love.

We know parents are struggling to balance work, child care and self-care while keeping worries — both your children’s and your own — under control.

You don’t have to do it alone.

At Mrs. Evelyn Educates, we are working through the accreditation process to become not only an academic school but a therapeutic school in which every student receives mental health life counseling. This mission is dear to my heart as a mental health advocate and caregiver.
